Narpavi Property Developers Private Limited is a Coimbatore-based construction and property development company, established in 2022, with roots going back to GTR Constructions.
Our journey has been built project by project — through quality execution, practical thinking and the trust of clients, professionals and communities who experienced our work.
Our Growth Has Been Built Project by Project
Narpavi began with smaller construction projects. As clients experienced our approach to quality, coordination and execution, many recommended us to others.
Some opportunities came from architects and engineers. Others came from people who simply saw our work while passing a project site or living nearby.
Those recommendations led to new projects. New projects brought greater responsibility. Gradually, Narpavi moved from residential construction into larger commercial, educational, institutional and industrial projects.
We believe our growth is best represented not by what we say about ourselves, but by the trust people place in us with their next project.
A Referral That Became a Project
One commercial project on Mettupalayam Road captures this journey particularly well. A person who was a complete stranger to the founder had been observing the construction for several months. One day, he approached the founder at the site and began a conversation.
What developed was more than a business discussion. He appreciated the founder's construction ethics, practical thinking and approach to solving problems — and valued the ideas offered about what type of commercial development could work on the site. He eventually offered his own land for Narpavi to construct a commercial building.
For Narpavi, stories like this explain the growth better than a claim such as "we are experienced." The opportunity came because someone watched the work, understood the way it was being done, and decided to trust the company with his own project.

Today, Narpavi undertakes residential, commercial, educational, institutional and industrial projects, along with turnkey construction, civil works and interiors. Depending on the project, Narpavi works as a main contractor, civil contractor, turnkey contractor or through a combination of roles.

The Thinking Behind Narpavi
Ranjit Kumar
Founder & Managing Director
With an engineering background, Ranjit Kumar worked in the UK from 2008 to 2013 in the aerospace field, working on aircraft wing-structure design.
After returning to India, he chose to understand construction from the ground up. He gained operating experience in RMC, steel manufacturing and solid-block manufacturing, developing practical knowledge of material manufacturing, specifications and quality evaluation.
This combination of engineering, materials knowledge and construction experience continues to influence how Narpavi approaches projects.
Finding Solutions, Not Arguments
Construction brings together architects, structural engineers, contractors, consultants and clients — each with different requirements.
Our approach is to bring these perspectives together. When a design presents an execution challenge, we look for practical alternatives, discuss them with the relevant professionals and work towards a solution that respects the design, structural requirements and realities of construction.
We continuously research construction methods, discuss ideas with specialists and look for better ways to execute.
A Name With a Purpose
Narpavi Property Developers Private Limited was established in 2022, building on the earlier journey of GTR Constructions. The founder wanted the new name to be connected to its roots and to carry a positive thought for the company, its people and its clients.
Narpavi means: "Let good things happen in multiples of infinity."
For us, that thought extends beyond construction. A building should continue to create value after handover — as a home, a workplace, a business space or an institution serving its community.
A Mindset of Service
The founder's belief in using knowledge and networks to help others has also led to initiatives outside Narpavi's construction business, including community service through Vysion Charitable Trust during the COVID-19 period.
These initiatives are separate from Narpavi Property Developers, but reflect the broader values that shape the founder's approach to people and responsibility.
